While this may sound outrageous at first, but study shows that loneliness really does spread like a virus. When you’re lonely, you’re not only lonely yourself, people around you will feel lonely too.
And if that keeps up, it’s not a good thing because loneliness, instead of making more friends to care about you, makes friends leave you.
Find out why.

It is without doubt that each and every one of us humans are unique and special.
And because you’re so unique and special, there must be some differences in interests between you and your parents, your friends, your lover, your colleagues, and everyone else in the world.
There may be a lot, or there may be little. Some may upset you, some may excite you.
The challenge is, how to embrace the differences and make it something that excites you, not otherwise.

Every group in the world has their own unique culture and languages. The hip-hoppers have their “wassup homie!”, the bimbos have their “oh-my-gawds!” and of course, the gays have their own language too.
These jargons are widely understood within the culture group, and is usually alien to everyone else. If you’re following the title of this post, you must be wondering what does top and bottom mean to the gays.
Oh yes, it’s a very important thing for the gays indeed! In fact, it’s the first 2 words that all gays must learn, and it’s a must-ask question when you first know a new gay friend around!
Are you curious now? For the non-gays, here’s a chance to feed your curiosity, read more to find out!

For homophobes, you’re welcome to have a read and hopefully this will change your mind about gays! But bear in mind that flame comments will be deleted straight away. ;)

No, I’m not getting sexist here. In fact, I am trying to get rid of the sexist connotations of the “violence against women” campaigns itself.
Violence is violence, and violence itself is a crime, regardless of sex. Both men and women can be victim of violence. Why is the limelight always on women, while the men are often overlooked when they are victims of violence and abuse?
In 100 domestic violence situations approximately 40 cases involve violence by women against men. That means there are around 300,000 to 400,000 men being abused by their partners. Over 1.5 million Kenyan men are battered by their wives. Is that a number to be ignored?
Campaigns for violence against women are wrong. They should be campaigns against violence itself, regardless of sex.

We always want to win, that’s true. Winning comes with a price too, maybe it’s hard work, money or other prices.
Sometimes the price is so high to pay, winning is not worth it anymore.
Especially when it comes to arguments in relationships. Try too hard to win and you’ll break the relationship instead.
In the end you get a broken trophy. Is it worth it?
