yep yep! i agree, if you're the leader you really have to do it, regardless how much your members abilities are sucky, you still have to learn to trust them to do the best thing. :D if you know what they're good at, you will definitely do better at assigning jobs to them!

aww! wel yeah, never trust blindly, but don't not trust at all neither. just have to be just right, especially if you have trust issues!

aww! well i guess you have to learn to trust then, slowly definitely, but you'll get there eventually :D don't do everything by yourself, even the best football player can't score a goal if he doesn't trust his team members! :D

I think I think too much sometimes because when I trusted some people, I got badly damaged. Haiz. Then again, it's also my fault for trusting blindly. Perhaps we all have to give everyone time to prove themselves.

I have problem trusting people, but being a leader in a team, I must delegate my work to them. Therefore it's a great journey to learn to appreciate different people's ability, and of course I learn to trust them myself.

that;s y i seldom ask other ppl for their help…
i would rather do everything myself…
but i'm always glad to offer my help to others…

hmm, now that's something neat Shakira. when we trust ourselves, we trust people more. it's a matter of our own self confidence that we trust our own judgment at the first place and trust them to do the right thing :)
