Why Watch or Take Masturbation Videos?

However, what bothers me sometimes is the surprisingly huge amount of masturbating videos on XTube.
Why do people wanna show off their tools so much, and why do people love to watch?

It was only the other day that my friend and I are talking about this. We were discussing about our (ahem) passion with porn, and he said that he’s horny.
So I blurted, “Why don’t you take a video of that and post that on XTube?”
He reflectively defended himself, “Why would I wanna do that?”
I cheekily answered, “Because I wanna watch?”
“And why do you want to watch that?”
Good question, isn’t it? I wonder how many guys (or girls if any) out there would like to watch another person masturbate. And I wonder how many of them actually asks the same question as me.
What’s the fun of watching different guys or girls doing the same action, over and over again for minutes, then watch another person doing all the same thing all over again? With him/herself?
And of course, there’s always the supply to fulfill these demands. Hundreds of JO videos are uploaded on XTube every day. Just open the main page and there’re probably half of them are all self masturbating videos. Not to mention, most of these videos are badly taken with a cheap webcam or phone camera.

On the watching side, I guess it is human nature to find it sexually arousing to watch another person indulge in a sexual activity of any kind. ANY kind. Who cares what you do, as long as you can see the working sexual organ, that’s enough. Masturbation is one of them.
On the recording side, masturbating is the easiest sexual activity to record. No whole body exercises involved, you don’t have to worry much about the (ahem) angles (both the camera and the other one), and all you need is a pair of hands. Also, it happens to be the easiest attention seeker. When you’re high, porn surfers will just watch anything posted. And drool over it.
So when it’s easy to take such videos, it isn’t surprising to find a huge amount of them on surge on the net. When people get exposed to it every day, they’ll eventually develop some feelings towards it. A fetish, maybe? Oooh, masturbating vids are so sexy.
Some people seem to take a lot of pride when their jerking videos are being watched a lot. And they actually go great lengths to get more hits, such as working out a perfect body shape to be more deliciously appealing, or going around other fetishes such as leather or furry or bondage or bdsm or dildos and tons of other activities. The hardcore ones share them on networking sites, on forums, on emails, everywhere.
They love being watched. People love watching them. Such mutual relationship, it’s almost Platonic.

OMG!! Now I know that u’ve been asking many ppl to post their video on xtube… This afternoon you asked me to do that too :p. Why don’t you set an example for us first, like what Mr. Nikky suggested, but this time share it with us? Hehe… :p
Anyway, I don’t watch masturbating videos, coz I don’t find it interesting to watch. Moreover, many masturbaters on xtube that appear anonymous (hiding their face). Why do they need to hide their face if they want to get some attention? Therefore, I don’t normally watch them. Unless, let’s say, it’s Brad Pitt or Tom Cruise who is masturbating… Haha….

xtube video is a bit short and like i said, many appear anonymous. Haha… last time I always went to http://www.justinbenedick.com.
The video there is longer, hotter, and mostly are asian (japanese) :P
Anyway, now the site requires some point system which you need to accumulate (through uploading stuffs) if you wanna view their video :P
